About the event
The MBF24 Camp will combine their concepts from their skill set workouts to 5 days of basketball fun and development! Campers will be working on defensive, passing, shooting and team play!
Focuses on:
* Hand & foot work development drills
* Sliding techniques
* Speed & Strength conditioning
* Closing out vs Blocking shots
* Ball handling
* Strengthening off hand to dribble and pass
* Court Vision
* Ball Protection
* Players shooting form
* Catch and shoot
* Shooting off the dribble
* Boxing out/Rebounding
* Team Play (2on2, 3on3, 5on5)
* Pick and Rolls
On Championship Friday there will be a Live broadcast on MBF24 TV for families and friends who can't attend, Live DJ & MC with a Discounted MBF24 Fashion Pop shop for campers!
