About the event
MBF24 Sports Fundamentals Camp July 24, 26-27 (Tues, Thurs, Fri):
- Cost: $35 for 1 day, $70 for 2 days, $100 for 3 days
- Time: All dates (6pm to 8pm)
- Ages: 8-14 years old (boys & girls)
MBF24 Sports Fundamentals Camp will combine techniques taught from week 1, 2 and 3 into this final week using the skill sets from previous weeks. Coach K turned concepts from a daily practice/tryout into a 4 week plan that ends with campers getting to use those skills learned into 1on1, 2on2, 3on3 and 5on5 (if available) live play.
Focus:
* Different kind of layups (and when to use them)
* Scoring & Defending in 1on1 situations
* Boxing out/Rebounding
* Team Play (2on2, 3on3, 5on5)
* Pick and Rolls
