About the event
MBF24 Sports Defensive Boot Camp June 26, 28-29 (Tues, Thurs, Fri):
- Cost: $35 for 1 day, $70 for 2 days, $100 for 3 days
- Time: All dates (6pm to 8pm)
- Ages: 8-14 years old (boys & girls)
MBF24 Sports Defensive Boot Camp will teach campers how to apply the most basic to vital defensive techniques to raise their defensive IQ. Coach K believes every player, team and coach should have a defense 1st mindset, hence why we have the ‘Defensive Boot Camp’ first. Coach K trainee’s have learned defensive concepts to shutdown their opponents, they have won defensive awards & accolades from the elite youth level to NCAA II level. Each focused camper will leave this camp more defensively sound.
Focus:
* Hand & foot work development drills
* Sliding techniques
* Speed & Strength conditioning
* Closing out vs Blocking shots
* Reaching vs Sliding
* Drawing offensive fouls
* Talking on defense
* 1 on 1 defensive concepts
* Team concepts (2on2, 3on3 & 5on5)
